We are pleased to announce that Sentient has been awarded the Project Management Firm of the year 2019 by EuropaProperty.com at the 15th Annual SEE Real Estate Awards. This is the 9th year we have been successful at these awards. The Gala event was held on 21st May 2020 and was broadcast online via Zoom and YouTube. We have been continuously operating in Romania since 1998, when we commenced work on Portland Trust’s first project in the country, the Opera Centre. We have since established permanent offices in Croatia and Montenegro and have completed projects throughout the SEE region.
While our core business remains project and cost management for all forms of development, fit-out and refurbishment, our company has increasingly focused on the support of investors in the acquisition and sale of their real estate, through the provision of technical and environmental due diligence, together with the management of CAPEX spend and office fit-outs.
The South Eastern Europe Real Estate Awards is the only commercial real estate conference and award ceremony held in the region, connecting local industry professionals and investors. Countries eligible to enter the awards include Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia.
