Looking Back Over Our 2018 Achievements
6 March 2019
With another year of Sentient’s operations over, our company continues to go from strength to strength. In the past year we have continued to participate in some of the most significant property transactions and real estate developments across the CEE/SEE region. To name just a few notable projects, we have provided project and cost management on the Sofitel Hotel by Starwood Capital and IC Campus student accommodation in Budapest, premium corner development VN47 by Flow East and Grand Hotel Evropa by House of Julius Meinl in Prague, as well as The Mark by S Immo or Ana Tower office buildings in Bucharest.
Furthermore, with investment activity remaining healthy across core markets and confidence spreading into neighbouring countries, we have continued to grow and consolidate our leading position across the entire CEE / SEE region in the provision of technical and environmental due diligence (TEDD). Some of the most significant acquisition TEDDs include the CEDET and Gatehouse office developments for GLL in Warsaw, the Mammut Shopping Centre for Lonestar/NEPIRockcastle in Budapest and the Hunter Portfolio for DRFG, consisting of 12 retail properties across the Czech Republic.
Such achievements are always reason for celebration. Therefore, you can meet our partners, Mark Rea and Martin Scheuch, at MIPIM in Cannes again this year, and raise a glass or two to another successful 12 months.
